Availability

At Tom’s Small Engines we strive to offer a super fast turnaround from when you place your order to when you receive it. If the part or product is advertised as ‘Available’, this means the stock is available in Australia, not necessarily on our shelves instore. That is why we allow 1-5 business days for dispatch as it can take 24-48 hours for a part to come into us before we send it out.

We do endeavour to keep all the fast moving parts on our shelves instore so we can offer a super quick dispatch but with almost 16000 parts on offer, I’m sure you can understand we cannot have everything on hand. We appreciate you understanding and if in a rare circumstance a part or product is advertised as ‘Available’ and that proves to be incorrect, we will be in touch with an alternative (if possible).
